Here are five things that you can do to lower your risk of developing liver cancer.
Following a healthy diet is the first step to significantly lowering your risk of liver cancer. Avoid eating sugary desserts, fatty meat, heavy proteins, and processed foods.
Try to eat more lean proteins and minimal fat to improve your digestion. A healthy diet can help prevent unhealthy weight gain and obesity, which are major risk factors for fatty liver disease. Being overweight is also associated with liver cancer.
